My wife & I had a great relaxing time there. Campsites where clean. Going to make plans to stay there next year. We rented a canvas tent next to the river.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the delay at the bar as well as the reception you may have received. Our staff work very hard at providing top notch service and it is very unfortunate that you may have witnessed a moment in time when our staff was not at their best. Although, not an excuse, being short staffed made it difficult at times to maintain optimum guest service etiquette due to varying circumstances at those moments. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to provide the quality of experience we strive for on a daily basis.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We do apologize for a "lack of interest" experience with one of our front desk staff members. That is definitely not the impression we want to give out to our guests as we do our best to accommodate any requests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue to work on guest service training methods to improve the overall guest experience.
