We feel helpless when we are presented with situations we cannot, unfortunately, resolve to the satisfaction of our guest despite every attempt or explanation made. We take the concerns of our guests very seriously and do everything we can to communicate detailed reservation information prior to arrival to avoid any misunderstandings at time of arrival.
