Excellent experience. Beautiful location. Clean and nice cabin. Personal and helpful staff. Over excellent dining but would have liked more food choices on dinner menu.

Our guide was Ted and we had an unforgettable experience! Rafting was intense and extremely fun. Northern Outdoors has an awesome staff and well structured program!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're pleased to know that over all your stay in one of our Cozy cabins was enjoyable and that you were able to enjoy our local trail system. We are sorry that you found no filters or extra towels in your cabin and are hopeful you touched base with someone at our front desk to assist you with those needs. Great service, very friendly Accommodations were ok. Bedding was very hard and pillows were flat. The view from cabin was spectacular. Food at restaurant was very good.

Thank you! We are glad to know you were pleased with our service and enjoyed the food in our Kennebec River Pub & Brewery restaurant. The view of Martin Pond from your cabin is certainly a gorgeous scene. :) We are sorry to find you were a bit uncomfortable sleeping. Although it's difficult to provide bedding that suits every need (although we try very hard to do so), we can certainly provide you with more pillows when needed. We hope those concerns will not deter you from coming back for another stay with us in the future.

I really think the roads into the camp need to be labeled better also there should be water fixer in the field to help campers

We're glad you enjoyed your stay in one of our RV sites. We understand it can be a bit inconvenient to cross route 201 to obtain water from that shower house for your RV. We do have another shower house within the Northern campground that has water if walking to get the water is an option. The walk is a bit further than going across the street, but allows you to stay on the grounds within the campground instead of crossing the road. We are hopeful this may be an option for you in the future as we hope to see your return for another camping adventure.

We love the place, the food and drinks, the accommodations and staff. But Fri/ Sat it turns into a really loud party zone. It would be nice for 9pm shut down or quiet curfew

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're pleased to know you loved our place and the food/drinks in the Kennebec River Pub & Brewery restaurant. :) Friday and Saturday nights can be a bit more boisterous than the rest of the week. We do have a quiet curfew of 11pm, but appreciate your wanting additional quiet time to enjoy the atmosphere a bit more. :) We do hope you'll be back to stay with us again.

So much water, big booming waves and excitement!! We're glad your experience was outstanding. :) We appreciate your suggestions on the photos/videos. Our photographers do all they can to capture a photo at just the right moment. When it all happens so quickly, it can be difficult to get everyone in a perfect shot each time. We hope you'll be back next year for another epic whitewater rafting adventure with us.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was welcoming, the food was delicious and the all day rafting trip was an event to remember. We had so much fun we plan to return for another trip down the river.
