Our guide Ashley was an absolute pleasure! We felt safe in her hands. The staff was organize, and the process was streamlined.

Glad you had a spectacular timewhitewater rafting the Kennebec River with us. We did have some horrendous hot and humid weather in July! Because we have so many points of entry and exit within our building and people coming n and out at all times throughout the day, air conditioning is not feasible. However, we will make sure to bring your concerns to the attention of management for further consideration on other possible options.

We're very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with your accommodations. We have tried reaching out to you by phone to discuss the situation further, but unfortunately have been unable to connect with you. We do recognize that the rooms above the bar area are in need of updating and can be noisy. The issues relating to cleanliness are unacceptable and have been brought to the attention of our housekeeping manager for further investigation.

Great guides at a great resort! Everything was clean and in great condition at the resort. Guides are fun and knowledgable. Fun ******** tournament on Saturday nights!

We loved staying at N.O....the food at the brewery was great, the rafting was a blast and the cabin was wonderful! Love that they are pet friendly so we can take our pup along too!!!
