Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am please that generally you enjoyed your experience. I am sorry to read that there we some aspects of your trip where we fell short and we will take your views into consideration as we plan for future upgrade projects. With regards to the ATV deposit, there are very few reputable underwriters who will provide insurance coverage for ATV rentals. Those that do require high deductible deposits to rent off-road machines that can cost upwards of $12,000 - $14,000 to replace. We wish this weren't the case but it is the reality when dealing in this type of high risk adventure rental. Sincerely,

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We sincerely apologize for you being made to feel ignored when you first arrived. Wewill make sure to address this with our staff. We have also made our maintenance department aware of the concerns with regards to the stove. We're very glad to know that after that, the rest of your trip was great and that you plan on coming back to whitewater raft again! :)
