Thank you Stephen and Claire for your feedback. We're happy that the design and manufacture were great and that the installation process was excellent. We do now have an installation manager who comes out to see our customers to deal with the aftercare of our kitchens. They take care of all of our after sales, remedials and sign offs, with a customer satisfaction form to see if the customer is happy with the final result. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you are happy with how well the design stage went and how your kitchen was fitted. We have taken your comments on board and since your dream kitchen design project have taken on a installation manager who takes care of such issues. Our installation manager comes out to visit a customer's home after their kitchen is fitted to take care of any after sales, remedials and only signs off on a kitchen when the customer and the installation manager is happy with the final finish.
