I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with the product and the customer service received.
Generally we have really good feedback for our conifer rolls. We have 4 or 5 star feedback on all our conifer listings across multiple websites and selling channels, so feedback like this is disappointing to hear. We appreciate that some customers have different taste to others and whilst the conifer appearance may work for most, it isn't the look some customers, such as yourself are hoping for.
At Premier Barriers we like to pride ourselves with excellent customer service so we're truly sorry that you didn't receive the level of assistance you expected when you contacted us about the issue. Feedback is very important to us and we take it seriously. Regarding the return process, I understand your frustration with the return postage. While we do have policies in place, we always aim to handle such situations with understanding and flexibility. Perhaps we can help you with some of the return fees.
