It is disappointing you felt this was the case, as we have not received any other such comments. I can see from the questionnaire you completed that your travelling times to the hotel and when returning home, were longer than anticipated, although we do not give specific details of this in the information we provide. Travel times can of course, be affected by flight delays and any delays with baggage and as you may be aware from recent media coverage, many airports are experiencing problems due to staff shortages, which may have contributed to the delays you experienced. I hope this did not detract from your enjoyment of the hotel.

Quick to understand and give prices for the different options. We knew exactly what hotel we wanted, so that helped. I wish that we could have booked earlier, to get a seat upgrade on the TUi flight.

Booking was excellent, we wanted a few variations on the ‘standard’ holiday which was arranged for us perfectly also any changes we were kept up to date with.

We have visited the Cape Verde islands with CapeVerde Experiences 5 times now. Tracey always looks after us really well, and the guides we met on Saint Vincent and on San Antao were great.
