We are seasoned travellers, and this was the worst holiday we have ever booked. Once we were paid our money over we felt that was service over!! My husband is from Malaysia, and a resident in the UK.

Food superb, hotel staff and service excellent. Only disappointment was we tried the a la carte restaurant and the food was much better in the buffet restaurant. All round a fantastic hotel.
