Good attention to details , and very responsive (i always received answers to my email same day) . I have been very satisfied with SFM 's services overall.

Overall it was very good, however there was a miscommunication/miscoordination in the beginning between the sales people and the account managers. The interface of the website is not very friendly.

Could have been much better. The information was lacking, not thorough and inconsistent. It cost me a lot to fix it and things didnt seem very organised.

It took much longer (unexpected) to get all the documents, but the contact at SFM (Sepide Foroutan) was brilliant and answered to every email very soon and the answers were mostly satisfying.
