The delivery was less than perfect. The item was heavy and was left in the middle of the driveway less than 50 feet away from it's eventual home. We are two disabled pensioners.

Sorry to hear you found the delivery service poor - we offer a FREE curbside delivery for our products but if you required a more in depth service due to disability this could have been arranged if we were informed of this information. Hopefully you are enjoying your bench now.
