Very good service and product. Slight criticism in that I found the website slightly difficult to navigate. Change the silly name - it makes the company sound very amateurish!

The units bought work very well and am pleased with them; seem tpo be very effective. However, I sent an email query to your customer service and never received a reply, so what more can I say!

Thank you for your query. I apologise the sizing was smaller than expected. We have created this bin bag holder to be of an average size, and have now included the measurements of the holder on the item description. However, regarding your delivery, I can see from the tracking the order was placed on 9/2/22 after midday and arrived to you on 11/2/22. Unfortunately as stated on our check out shipping terms, we are only able to offer next day delivery on orders placed before midday. I look forward to your comments and hope for revised feedback.
