Please accept our sincerest apologies for the hassle caused during this order, this certainly does not sound like the standard of service we strive to provide our customers. We have looked into your order and can see the first item was dispatched within 24hours of the order being placed. We dispatch all items once they are ready to leave our nurseries and warehouses so if items have slightly different dispatch dates they will be dispatched separately to avoid delaying the entire order. The remainder of your order was dispatched 4 days later we can only apologise we were not able to catch the items to cancel the order before they were collected by the courier.
