About 40 years ago I worked in commercial horticulture on the production of glasshouse crops including tomatoes. Back then we knew that when seed was sown in an environment where the temperature, light intensity and day length was controlled, we could predict within 4-5 days when the crop would be ready for planting. So when you tell me that the plants are sent out at the optimal condition for growing on it tells me that this product was more about the convenience of the grower than me as the customer. Had I known that they were to be delivered two weeks earlier than originally stated I could have arranged for someone to care for them until I returned home. I ordered plants form you last year and those plants were delivered as stated on the order form. Also cucumber plants were ordered at the same time and you had no trouble advising me of a delay in their delivery. If you can advise me of any delay, why not a warning of an earlier delivery?
