Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do and we're committed to doing our bit for the planet. We've made some brilliant strides towards where we'd like to be, and we're getting greener, but there are still many fantastic opportunities to improve which we are working towards. We are sure to dispatch our live products when they are ready and in the best condition for transit, this means that larger orders will be dispatched at different times, but in doing so we reduce the need for replacements and further deliveries. Thank you for your reply. We have mutiple nurserys around the UK which carefully grow our plants and live products, so we may dispatch multiple deliveries as they are coming from different locations. Some different varieties are grown for despatch at different times. The planned despatch times are shown on the website and provided the plants respond as planned they will be despatched according to those times.
