We do apologise that you did not receive your order, unfortunately with orders that are despatched via Royal Mail we are unable to track them once they reach this stage and therefore we would not have been able to chase the delivery for you and we understand your frustration. We try to allow enough time to ensure that Royal Mail have been given the opportunity to deliver the products but we appreciate that you want your order as quickly as possible and we do try to deliver this. We can see that the refund has now been processed for the full amount and should be showing in your account. With regards to the seeds as with every business prices are increasing and we sometimes have to make decisions about increasing the price or slightly decreasing the amount of seeds in a packet. We would expect all seeds to perform well and produce a great crop to last throughout the season but we do appreciate your comments and apologies for any disappointment caused. With regards to your empty packet we would always try to replace any packet that you weren't 100% satisfied with, it may be that the complaint did not come through to us properly.
