We are sorry to hear that you had some issues with your order, we can see that when due to supply your order the plants were not up to the standard we would expect and therefore we had to cancel your order. This would have been automatically cancelled by the system and as your order had other items on it (even though none of the other items were plants) the system would not have automatically cancelled off the maxicrop and we are sorry that you then had to call to get this refunded. We try to supply all plants that are ordered however on occasion plants do not meet our high standards and we do have to cancel orders and for this we can only apologise.
