Delivery was never made. Ups their courier didn’t deliver. Tried to access account, no joy. Tried to re-register no joy. My time is limited, just wrote it off as a bad experience. Won’t use them again

Overall service was OK. The gap between telling me items had been dispatched and them actually bring collected was as much as 5 days. This was misleading and concerning, but most of the items arrived

Sorry my comment might seem negative about the product. I just felt that I couldn't rate the product as I couldn't use it? The lack of rain is not your fault at all and I will be buying the product from you again in the future.
