I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the condition of your Sweet Corn Moonshine plants, this certainly is not the quality we aim for our plants to arrive in. Sadly, the unfavourable conditions of transit, lack of light and water, can affect the health of plants on arrival and I sincerely apologise we were unable to offer a replacement for you on this occasion. We can confirm our customer services team replied to your email to us on the 7th June, please check you emails for this response, it may have gone into your junk/spam folder. Better packaging would have ensured my plants survived the journey. My basil plants were fine, the tomatoes and beans both arrived crushed and broken.
