Thank you for your comments. Our offices were closed between 24th December and 2nd January, which was noted on our website, on our newsletter and on social media. Therefore the order that you placed on 29th December was not dispatched until 3rd January. We have tracked your parcel and see that it has been delivered today. Thank you for your comments. We have tracked your parcel and see it has been delivered on 28th December. We will email you your tracking number so you can see the photographic evidence. Given the Royal Mail strikes, as a small business, we have been heavily impacted and have done our upmost to keep our customers aware of delivery timescales.
