Qui peut laisser un avis sur Feefo ?

Seuls les clients disposant d’une preuve d’achat peuvent laisser un avis sur Feefo. Nous nous en assurons en contactant les acheteurs immédiatement après la transaction.

Comment vérifions-nous les avis ?

Nous vérifions que les avis proviennent de clients authentiques en les associant à une vente ou à une transaction. Les personnes ne sont invitées à laisser un avis qu’après avoir effectué un achat auprès de l’entreprise.

Comment traitons-nous les faux avis ?

Hi Mr Buxey, Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate this dragged on for far too long but I can confirm the insurance monies have been received and the contractor paid. Hopefully, you have seen an upturn in service over the last week and Kyisha starts next week as your dedicated property manager, so these types of issues won't reoccur. Sorry again Danny

Hi Danny, Thankyou for responding so quickly to the feed back. We wonder if there has been any contact with our tenant in the property as the last we heard was after being without a floor for so long recompense was being sort. Of course this must be considered, we have responded to the question being put forward by saying we feel that being Alexander’s are representing both us as a landlord and the tenant in this matter that really recompense should come from them. To this point we have had no response.

Hi Kevin, Whilst I am sure we have made mistakes along the road, we have had another insurance claim via SJB in a different branch that also took months to resolve despite everything being in order. I can also see that there have been problems for the contractor in scheduling the works due to supplies and demands. Whilst I don't want to open a can of worms with the tenants now the matter seems put to bed I will make a proposal of a goodwill gesture from A&Co, for the problems the tenant has experienced in the first year. Hi Danny, Again thanks for the quick response. Yes I’m sure a good will gesture would be appreciated by our tenant regards this matter. We would like to thank you for this. it goes a long way to resolve problems. I must say however this appears to be a one off in respect to this property our other properties that you look after are going along very nicely. Look forward to working with you in the future.
