Qui peut laisser un avis sur Feefo ?

Seuls les clients disposant d’une preuve d’achat peuvent laisser un avis sur Feefo. Nous nous en assurons en contactant les acheteurs immédiatement après la transaction.

Comment vérifions-nous les avis ?

Nous vérifions que les avis proviennent de clients authentiques en les associant à une vente ou à une transaction. Les personnes ne sont invitées à laisser un avis qu’après avoir effectué un achat auprès de l’entreprise.

Comment traitons-nous les faux avis ?

Good service, friendly and polite staff , The only thing is increasing rent when renewing contact , that I don't find it appropriate as you don't know what to expect the next year ..

No chance, we'll let the magistrate decide, and let the public know of your poor service to tenants. Not even like all the repairs were done, the actual landlord kept saying that he'd do them for the next people so we never felt secure in the place, including one vulnerable person with mental health issues that you worsened.

Thank you for your response. As you are aware we did not manage the property so I cannot comment any further on any relations between yourself and the landlord. However, I can assure you that the works planned to the house were after the notice was received and this is the landlords decision whether to carry out any extensive works. As explained previously, I have referred you to the tenancy dispute service to negotiate the deposit return if you are unhappy with the proposed charges from the landlord to your deposit. This is a free service to you as tenants and the deposit will not be released until we have both made agreement on the monies being returned.
