Dear Miss Thorpe,

An inspection was completed on the 4th January and emailed out to you on the 8th Jan by Carmen. If you haven't received I can only assume it has gone into your junk folder. 

I will arrange for it to be sent to you again today. The property address starts 141, I haven't included the full address for data protection.

Sorry for an inconvenience and if you locate the report and feel like you would like to rescore us that would be fantastic.
