Yes indeed it does appear that you have received an unusually pretty poor service from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and to hear this catalogue of errors is pretty disheartening.
The weeks before and around Valentine's Day were busier than normal for us, and whilst this does not excuse the inconsistent service that you received, I hope that you can understand part of the reason behind it.
I hope that you don't judge the company by this one incident. Please do feel free to contact me if there is anything I can do to remedy your experience (I have also responded to you via the postal service).
