We are so sorry for all the trouble you have had with your latest shipment of Plasti Dip.  I hope that the solution put in place by our  Customer Service Manager resolves this situation to your satisfaction.  We strive always to make things right from the beginning but as this did not happen for you, we will work even harder to resolve the issue to correct it.  It is not often that this type of situation occurs and we will do whatever it takes to make it right.  Again, we apologize for all the inconvenience and hope this has been resolved to your satisfaction.
