Simple and no fuss deal. Nothing to complain except that customer service did not call to follow up as she said she will be doing so, but again no big deal.

Extremely efficient system and user friendly. Both CSR Logan and Eileen were very helpful. I havent experienced the claims side of things (and hope not)...however expect the same efficiency.

Fuss-free, easy & quick. Simple to understand and allows me to choose what i need. Most importantly, the excess premium for $0 is very low as compared to other insurance companies.

Few options are available to cater different needs. Limitations of coverages were well explained for various premiums. Received call the next working day to resolve my query/problem.
