Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are two points within your feedback I'd like to address:
1. Poor.
We'd love to hear your thoughts on how we can improve our product further.
Rather than a policy which has all sorts of extras and benefits bundled in that you will never use, instead we choose to start a quality base cover that will provide cover in most eventualities.
Customers can then add in the extras they need, such as cover outside Singapore or for LTA-approved accessories / modifications to name just two. If you don't drive outside Singapore, don't pay for it. No accessories? Why pay the extra charge?
We believe customers should only pay for what they need.
2. Discounts.
As stated above, we believe customers should only pay for what they need. With this in mind, we don't over-inflate our prices so that we can offer discounts or hundreds of dollars worth of giveaways. Instead, we offer reasonable prices for quality cover that represents good value for customers.
