Very competitive quotes. customer service is good. Will review till the insurance expires in 1 year time and decide whether to continue with Budget Direct.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback after becoming a Budget Direct Insurance customer.

I'm sorry you felt like you didn't receive great service. Our current promotion is based on making Singaporean car owners aware of our current pricing - if we can't beat their current insurance renewal, we'll give them $100 - even if they don't buy with us. We don't have other promotions as we think it's better for customers if we keep it simple, and offer lower prices.

In relation to 'tailor make', I'm not sure if this is specific to promotions or the policy you purchased. Budget Direct Insurance offers customers 10 Optional Covers - these are available for all customers to choose and customise their policy specific to their needs. No need the extras, no need to pay. 

Customer feedback is important to us, please feel free to give us a call and let us know how we could have further improved the service you received throughout the three calls our team member had with you.

promotion to give petrol vouchers up to $200 only to new customers. Existing customers are left out and therefore we switch to others

Sir, with all due respect, our company does not have any promotion where we offer customers petrol vouchers - either for new customers or those who are due to renew their policy. Perhaps you have us confused with your previous insurance company?
