The lady customer services staff is friendly and helpful from quotation to signing up for the motor policy. Like the application process, it is fast and paperless.

After the purchase of your various policies online, we verified with you that our policy coverage does not suit your needs. This was why we cancelled your policies and recommended you seek alternative insurance that better suits your needs.

Importantly, our advice was with your best interests in mind as we want to ensure all Singaporean drivers have the appropriate level of cover for their situation.
