Thank you for your comments. I’ve responded to your other piece of negative feedback – our first 1-star ratings we have received since we opened.
In respect of your comment that we are expensive, at Budget Direct Insurance, we’re proud that we offer quality insurance at lower prices. So much so, we’ve got a special offer in place that if we can’t beat your current insurance renewal, the customer will get $100. Even if they don’t buy.
Since this campaign launched, there have only been two times where Budget Direct Insurance wasn’t the cheaper option.
About our staff being unable to answer, our Customer Care team undertook an extensive three-month training, resulting in their certification from MAS.
While I’m sorry we were unable to give you an answer that you liked, as we have stated, we do not offer the insurance coverage that you required.
