The website was easy to use however stability of the website could be enhanced. No confirmation was sent after my 1st transaction which resulted me purchasing the same policy and was double charged.

The Customer Service Officer (or equivalent position) was knowledgeable, spoke clearly, was patient and followed up with me as promised. I will definitely recommend BDI to people that I know.

Very prompt service. I only thought the condition imposed on my car insurance not to cover my daughter as a household driver was a little unfair!
