The customer service by the manager is appalling. we have written to CB, with no response to our complaint. we feel they are only interested in making the sle and not supporting their customers.

The last carpet you layed was excellent but the one before was the wrong carpet sent so had a long wait with no carpet but overall very pleased with service and will always come to you first.

Very good deal on lovely quality carpet. The estimator gave good advice, the fitters were pleasant mannered, and took good care when moving some very heavy furniture. Beautiful carpet, Delighted with

Very helpful in terms of fitting dates. Measuring up was friendly and professional as were the fitters. The finished carpets look great.
