Dusty arrived promptly. Unfortunately he had a squeaky arm, i was told this is not a fault but could return it at my own cost! I find this unacceptable!

Really helpful when ordering over the phone arrived quickly I've not yet seen him as my mother has bear knapped him until Christmas she said he's perfect though
