We are very sorry that you've had this experience with us and we have forwarded this to the relevant teams so we can improve on our quality control. We do offer a face photo service where if you email headbear@charliebears.com you can ask for photos of a particular bear/character (providing we have enough bears in stock) and this way you can make sure you are happy with your purchase before they are shipped.
