Bench took longer to arrive than I had hoped but it is just what we wanted and is good quality. Just need a summer now to actually get to sit on it!

We, like you hope the sunshine will return in earnest soon!

We were sorry to learn your delivery was slower than you had hoped and that it did not meet your expectations. Our standard delivery is normally within 14 calendar days from order processing and as we always aim to optimise our transport routing, we pool deliveries to areas of the UK. On  this occasion the route was planned several days outside of our normal 14 day time frame for standard delivery of your order.  We should have notified you of this and apologise for not informing you. We now have processes in place do so in future. We of course can arrange delivery earlier than 14 days if requested and we also offer an express 48hr delivery service for more urgent deliveries. 

We wish you years of enjoyment from your new teak bench and thank you again for your purchase.
