Thank you for your feedback, we can see your repair was returned to us via our Bridgend store. Our repair process can take 6-8 weeks as quoted on all of our repair receipts. We can see we received your return on 24/04/24 and it was returned to our Bridgend store for collection on 10/05/24. We do apologise that you did not receive a call from the store to let you know this was ready and for any disappointment this has caused and wish to ensure you of our best intentions at all times.
