Hi Stephen We received a negative feedback response from you regarding the above Epic4health order. We ship our orders Priority Mail and when I tracked the order it states thatit delivered on 5/31/19 at 8:43am. Is it possible that it is somewhere outside or someone else accepted the package at Conley's? We would never want our customer to be unsatisfied with our service. Please ask around or even ask the mail carrier. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please call me to discuss further. I received an email telling me I had to order a smaller quantity. I wanted a larger quantity because the shipping charges are outrageous. Similar companies offer a low flat fee for shipping.
