Dear Malcolm, Thank you for the positive review. We would like to clarify that there was no tracking number to provide because a slower untracked delivery service was asked for on the order. We do provide tracking numbers and even the pre-alerts where a tracked service is asked for on the order. I ordered a defib battery and was told delivery in 5-7 days. Actually delivered in 3 days. Received accurate notification of the delivery. Good service from a company I haven't used before.
