Hi William, Thanks for your review. I have checked all details related to your order and couldn't seen any issue. And, there had been no email or other communication either that advises of any issue. Although you did say it was average but still gave a 2 star negative rating. So, I was wondering what could be the reason for this negative review. I ordered the item , I paid for the item, you delivered the item! It doesn’t need a review. It is what one expect. It hasn’t been an amazing shopping experience or I didn’t get extraordinary advise / induction about the item ......as it was bought over the internet.
