Valued at a good and realistic price, took prospective buyers round and followed them up. Refused stupid offers and then kept on the case of the slow purchasers. Downside was they did not return calls

Fox had very little to do with the sale after the initial viewings. For which they were very helpful. Throyght thissale, my partners name has been spelled incorrectly.
