Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of the team in Hastings on Feefo. It is really disappointing to see that you feel the service offered merited a 1* review. I have spoken to both the Branch Manager and the Complaints Dept regarding the £400.00, this figure pertained to a private agreement between yourself and the purchaser for service charges still owed and a futon mattress. Our Complaints Dept. refuted your complaint and offered £75.00 to you. Outstanding service and kept us informed of developments at every stage (unlike previous estate agents we have used). The prospect of moving again daunted us, but the process was made stress free.
