The time delay was unfortunate as the courier was conducting their own internal investigation. Dear Mercedes Thank you for your feedback. This is unfortunate and seems to be an issue with our courier service (FedEx) as you are aware. We have reviewed your order, and everything was processed as expected and the goods shipped as planned however, they were not delivered as anticipated and we can only apologise for this. We are working closely with FedEx to determine what happened and why the parcel was re-delivered after we sent replacements.
