Jeanie - thanks for the feedback. Clearly we are confident in the quality of our product, but I absolutely understand your desire to get a comparison with your current policy. I am very happy to get a policy summary/wording emailed to you or one of our licsensed agents to talk to you about the aspects of the cover you're most focused on - although I note that you may have already have made your decision. I'm assuming that because you use Chubb that you employ the services of an independent broker/agent - and it may be worth you asking them to do a policy comparison. We know that our prices are competitive - the reason being that the product is built specifically for small businesses, and not a product for very big companies sold to small ones (the usual thing we see here is a high minimum premium). Greg - firstly, thanks for the very positive review. In any business it's always disappointing to find a client or brand you have affinity with, and for some reason not to be able to do business together. I'm going to do some personal digging on this one to establish what the exact reasons are for us not being able to meet your needs - maybe there's a learning there for us. HR consultants are one of those segments that we love to insure at Hiscox (you are good risks), so I'm disappointed that our $400 premium wasn't competitive enough to win your business. Whilst we are a brand that pushes service excellentce rather than just being cheap, we've worked hard to ensure that our errors & omissions coverage is competitive for small businesses and still deliver great service. I will also look into why we continued to send quotes when it was clear that you were no longer interested and see what learning opportunity there is for us.
