I love the convenience of this product but did leave several stains that I had to re wash so may not work out economical if needing 2 washes with added stain remover.

Bit disappointing, the trail is great value but I was expecting a bit more in terms of fragrance.did my 1st wash with them and ended up washing them again with a different product

Hi Emma, thank you for letting us know. We are very concern with your recent experience and apologies that you are disappointed. Our pods come in two variants which are the BIO with citrusy scent and NON-BIO with a floral scent that works perfectly for people with sensitive skin. Most of our customers stopped using fabric conditioner as they find the smell very nice and long-lasting. You may need to rewash your clothes if you have a very dirty load or a heavy load of more than 6kg, hence, we recommend to use two capsules for best results. Didnt get even small marks off clothes even on hot wash and wasnt keen on the smell. Not impressed at all.
