Qui peut laisser un avis sur Feefo ?

Seuls les clients disposant d’une preuve d’achat peuvent laisser un avis sur Feefo. Nous nous en assurons en contactant les acheteurs immédiatement après la transaction.

Comment vérifions-nous les avis ?

the scent is terrible such a dreadful aroma I can’t even give these capsules away to family members such is the awful chemical scent it leaves on washing, too much packaging too and they’re not animal

Hello Stephen, thank you for letting us know. The scents of our laundry caps underwent trials and 100% approved, I understand that we have different preferences when it comes to smell. Our packs are 100% recyclable and made with 80% recycled material. For anything that can’t be picked from your curb side we also have a homey free post for returns. You can find more details about that in our packs. If you’ve ever had trouble with larger letters being posted through your door, it might be worth getting Homey sent to your office instead. Very nice sized pods. Smell nice and wash xlothes well. The packaging cpuld be more compact but I'm sure its designed to be that way W/o not fots in the letter box.
