Every aspect of the trip was well organised and happened as it was supposed to happen. Pre-trip arrangements were in place in a timely manner.

Well planned, very interesting history, could have spent another day in Riga. Wonderful experience. Our guide was not the best though! Will recommend Insight tours to others.
