We are saddened to hear that you were not satisfied with some of the properties we picked for you on our Grand Tour of Scandinavia. As we have a Quality team in place to ensure you get the very best out of each destination, we are going to jump at the opportunity to improve our itinerary by revisiting these hotels and sharing your feedback with our Hotel Managers.
