When I had my accident the broker, JS Insurance, put me onto my underwriter but never called to check anything or drive any support that might have been needed.

Thank you for your feedback.

I am sorry that you are not happy with our service. As this was a claim, we generally send the claim to the claims department and they continue to deal with the details of the accident and the situation of the claim.
