Hi, I'm sorry that you haven't achieved the results you were hoping for. ekoWorx is primarily a fantastic day to day surface leaner that has some stain removal abilities, particularly on organic materials such as; food, drink, oils & urine/vomit. We have mixed results on synthetic stains, so never market it as a complete stain remover, also grout is notoriously difficult to clean. If mould or discolouration occurs in grout, it has usually penetrated beneath the surface and incredibly difficult to clean with ekoWorx or anything else. We do have a grout brush that is designed to get in between the joint and clean the grout, but again this will only clean what is on the surface. I do hope you try ekoWorx around the home, as most of our customers benefit from the every day surface cleaning that ekoWorx typically makes easier. Please let us know how you get on 🙏 Justin
