Hi,  I'm very sorry that you are not getting the results that you were expecting. We generally only ever have any residue (cloudy /dull) left on a surface if to much ekoWorx is first applied. A less is more approach is definitely how we see the best results. Regarding your shower screen, maybe I can help by asking you a couple of questions... Are you cleaning the shower area when it's wet? If so then try doing it when the whole area is dry as that can help. Also, make sure you use dry cloths and not wet/damp cloths. Also, using the Diamond Sponge gently is highly effective on built up soap scum - have you tried this? Failing that, if you're still not getting results then you may have to consider your screen could have soap scum etching (also known as shower cancer or chemical burn). Soap scum can permanently etch into glass and other surfaces and that's then a permanent issue. Unfortunately this is actually quite a common issue and is virtually impossible to restore. On the upside, ekoworx will have effectively cleaned your shower surfaces despite the cosmetic look and can be used to clean pretty much the rest of your home which I would encourage you to try if you haven't already done so. I'm very happy to jump on a call to discuss how we can get this resolved for you. đđŒ JustinÂ
