The Diamond Sponge is designed to remove tougher stains and marks such as rust, baked-in fats, calcium deposits in kitchens and bathrooms however will often require some elbow grease too! Hey 👋  I'm really sorry to hear you're not achieving the results you're after! With regard to your carpet, unfortunately we can't guarantee removal due to the wide number of variables at play. We do achieve better results with organic stains than synthetic stain which we achhieve mixed results with. For spot stain cleaning we would recommend a concentrated spray on the affected area, wait 30-60 seconds and dab out with a damp cloth. For more set in stains it can take a couple of applications to lift stains! Also, ekoWorx can be used throughout the rest of your home for general and spot cleaning which I would encourage you to try if you haven't already done so! 🙏 I hope this helps and I will follow up with a phone call 💚 Rosie
