Great product & service. purchased two pairs to ensure the size was correct. returned one and received the money back within a couple of days.

Swift ordering; I’ve waited 18 months to catch a pair of size 5 in stock and was so pleased to be able to order them. They arrived the next day and I hadn’t paid for postage. Great service. .

Excellent service - I am a half size so I ordered 2 pairs of boots and returned the bigger pair for which I was immediately refunded. The return label was even included in the box! thank you!

The order arrived very promptly. The boots fit well and give my feet support. The actual boots are very supple and not rigid which accommodates wearing thick socks.

Excellent service from purchase to delivery. High quality boot, unfortunately far too large on the calf for me so had to return. Awaiting refund, but returns process seems simple and prompt so far!
